If you’re sending to another Mac, AirDrop will put the document into the other Mac’s Download’s folder. Your document will be transferred to your other device.Click on the the device name you want to send the document to.That’ll display an option to select No one, Contacts only, or Everyone. If you’re transferring to your Mac and you don’t see your Mac appear on the share sheet, go to the Go menu in the Finder, select AirDrop, then click on the Allow me to be discovered by: text. If it’s set to Receiving Off, you won’t see your device listed. *If you don’t see your iOS devices, make sure that AirDrop in the General > AirDrop settings screen is set to Contacts Only or Everyone. Your Mac will display the AirDrop share window with your devices listed.Click the Share button at the bottom of the window.On the Database Documents window, select a document from the list of files.Otherwise the Share button will be disabled. Documents to be synchronized to another device must be identical.
